As we grow, we are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to assist in managing recruitment, team development, and promotional activities for our products. Key Responsibilities:

HR Management:

Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and management of employees and interns.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
Contribute to training and development programs to ensure team growth and skill enhancement.

Promotion and Product Management:

Help manage promotional strategies for our diverse range of products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in executing digital and social media campaigns.
Support SEO optimization for product listings to enhance visibility.
Handle administrative tasks related to product promotion, ensuring goals are met.

Team Management & Development:

Help foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Mentor interns and junior staff, helping them develop skills and grow within the organization.
Support initiatives to promote teamwork and employee engagement.

Business Development & Strategy:

Assist the HR Manager and senior leadership in identifying HR strategies that support product promotion and business growth.
Provide insights on workforce trends and assist in business decision-making processes.
Contribute to talent acquisition and employee development to support company objectives.

Qualifications:

MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1+ year of experience in HR or a related role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and basic knowledge of product promotion strategies.
Familiarity with HR software, ATS, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
