✅ User Acquisition: Create strategies to attract diverse users to the platform. Implement customer acquisition and retention tactics.
✅ Revenue Generation: Meet revenue targets and optimize income streams. Monitor metrics to make data-driven decisions.
✅ Market Research: Stay informed about local trends and the competitive landscape. Share market insights to shape product and marketing strategies.
✅ Operational Oversight: Ensure a seamless user experience and platform efficiency in Nepal.
