Internship Protocol for 2023-24 📝
Leave Policy: Interns are encouraged to fully commit to their roles. Leaves will only be granted in exceptional cases. Please inform us in advance in case of emergencies. Remember to ping 👍 🙋♂️ in the group for digital attendance at 10:00 AM daily.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, our work hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays, it's from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, these timings are subject to change. Avoid contacting outside of internship hours unless it's urgent.
Online Presence: During working hours, all interns are expected to be available on WhatsApp. Multiple internships are not allowed without written permission.
Communication: Our primary mode of communication (MoC) is WhatsApp, with occasional video calls. Maintain a professional tone while interacting with your supervisor.
Task Submission: Please adhere to deadlines and submit your tasks via email.
Final Report: At the end of your internship, you'll need to create a comprehensive report on your work. We will provide the format soon.
Zoom Meetings: Frequent Zoom meetings will be scheduled to keep everyone aligned.
Code of Conduct: Misconduct won't be tolerated, and disciplinary action will be taken if necessary.
Confidentiality: Any breach of confidential information will result in the cancellation of your internship or potential legal action.
Work Showcase: All tasks will be showcased on our websites and YouTube channels, crediting interns and managers. Please share this content on your social media.
Social Media Engagement: Interns are expected to be active on social media, highlighting their updated designation and sharing their work.
Peer Relationships: Foster positive relationships with your peers.
Mentor Support: Reach out to your mentors, Mansi or Shekhar, for task-related queries.
Aviation Knowledge: A basic understanding of the aviation industry is preferred.
Task Discussions: Please avoid arguing with your mentor regarding tasks, certificates, or deadlines. Certificates will be issued upon task completion.
Digital Presence: Maintain a professional digital identity with a signature and updated social media profiles.

Device Usage:
Use a PC or laptop for your internship; mobile devices are not suitable.
