We are expanding into multiple cities, and to drive our business forward, we are seeking an HR Manager Head who will be responsible for finding, hiring, and managing top-tier City Heads across various regions. These City Heads will be responsible for furthering the business operations in their respective cities, making this a crucial role for our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • City Head Recruitment: 

Lead the recruitment process to identify and hire the best City Heads across different cities who will drive the company’s business and expand local operations.

  • Talent Sourcing & Evaluation: 

Develop innovative strategies to source high-potential candidates with strong business acumen and leadership skills. Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure candidates are aligned with company goals.

  • Business Alignment: 

Work closely with senior management to understand the company’s business model and ensure City Heads are equipped to generate business growth in their regions.

  • Team Management: 

Oversee and manage teams of City Heads, providing them with the necessary support, training, and resources to succeed in their business objectives.

  • Performance Tracking: 

Set and monitor performance metrics for City Heads, ensuring each region meets or exceeds business targets and KPIs.

  • Leadership Development: 

Foster leadership and development programs for City Heads to ensure they are prepared to lead their local teams effectively.

  • HR Strategy & Planning:

Design HR strategies that align with business expansion goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies for City Heads.

  • Collaborative Leadership: 

Partner with city teams and senior leadership to ensure smooth business operations and a positive, results-driven company culture.

  • Compliance & Policy Implementation: 

Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies, while fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in HR management with a focus on recruitment, workforce planning, and team management.

  • Proven experience in hiring for leadership roles, preferably in geographically diverse or decentralized teams.

  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of how local operations can drive overall business growth.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multi-location team management and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.

  • Experience in scaling businesses by developing and managing high-performing teams.
