Position Overview:
As a Freelancer Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent to fill various positions within 10BestInCity.com. You will collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and work proactively to identify candidates who align with our company's values and goals. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Talent Pool Development:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
Candidate Engagement:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed of their status and provide feedback when necessary.
Offer Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Negotiate compensation and benefits packages as needed.
Onboarding Assistance:
Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus.
This is a freelance position with flexible working hours. Compensation will be based on successful candidate placements.
