Handle overall product promotion tasks, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
Team Management & Development:
Create a positive and engaging work environment through employee development initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior staff and interns to maximize their potential.
Foster collaboration and teamwork, enhancing the overall company culture.
Business Development & Strategy:
Work with senior leadership to identify HR strategies that align with our product promotion goals.
Contribu te to business development by focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and promotional growth.
Analyze business and workforce trends to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on promotions and marketing.
