Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. TheBusiness Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales to achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

  3. Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.

  4. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies, processes, and performance.

  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

  7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum years of experience in marketing.

  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

  4. Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
