Job Description:
10BestinCity.com is looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help us identify and engage top-tier talent to support our growing needs. This role will be instrumental in shaping our team and culture, ensuring we have the right individuals on board to drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Talent Identification:
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Create and maintain a talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Candidate Assessment:
Assist in evaluating candidates through structured interviews and reference checks, ensuring they align with the company's values and needs.
Offer Management:
Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation, and facilitate the hiring process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on recruiting strategies.
Freelancer Sourcing:
Identify and engage freelance professionals for project-specific needs, ensuring the company has access to the right talent when required.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics to track progress and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a freelance recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
