Position: Director HR

Location: Remote [ Work From Home] 0900 - 1800 Hrs 


Job Summary:

The Director of Human Resources (HR) will be responsible for developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of 10BestInCity. They will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. The Director HR will lead a Team of HR Professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective HR operations and support the Growth of the Organization.

Responsibilities:

Ensure Smooth Appointment and On Boarding of new Team and Local Business Partners from all over. 

Develop and implement HR Strategies and policies that support the overall business objectives and foster a positive work culture.

Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning Strategies.

Design and implement employee performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluation, and development plans.

Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.

Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Oversee the implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and implement relevant changes as needed.

Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.

Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
